Thanksgiving at Daingerfield State Park

Well now that it is after Christmas and I can't publish our Christmas pictures untill I do our Thanksgiving pictures so here is our Thanksgiving adventure!

For Thanksgiving this year we went to Daingerfield State Park in North East Texas, up by Longview, with 3 other families; the McHann's, Isom's, and Muniz's. It was a great time! We were there for 5 days, 4 nights. Here is a picture of our cabin. It had five bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Kitchen and a Great room.
We had stairs that led down to the lake. Here is our own little cove that we parked our paddle and peddle boats that we rented for fishing and fun.

A picture of Jared fishing at the marina. We rented a blue peddle boat you can see in the back row of boats. The kids loved it!
Pictures of the lake

Taken on a sunset hike. The colors were beautiful!!!

And here we are in all of our camping glory! We really had a wonderful and relaxing time!!!

What a great Thanksgiving! I used to go to girls' camp at Daingerfield. Tents, though, not 5-room cabins!
