Miracles Happen!

We got the results to Andy's biopsy. It showed rare cells of CMV which is the virus that he had last year, which was surprising because his blood test for CMV came back negative. He started taking his antiviral medicine to treat that. The original plan was to take the treatment for 4 weeks, rescan him and see if everything in his body has cleared up. His Dr.'s changed their mind though and wanted to do a lung biopsy right away to make sure there was no cancer growing in his lungs. So today Andy went in for his biopsy. When it came time to do the biopsy they scanned Andy to see where to position the needle and his lump was gone! The spot had shrunk so much that there was no way they could biopsy it because there was not enough tissue left. We were so excited that he did not have lung cancer! He will be meeting with his Dr. on Friday to discuss everything. Thank You for all of your prayers on Andy's behalf. We have truly felt everyone's love for us and we know that miracles happen!!!!
